Josh turned thirty this month. Yes, 30! His sister Katie and her husband Andrew came from Port Angeles, WA to celebrate with him. Andrew's birthday is right after Josh's so the both celebrated together by snowboarding three times this week. We got a very late snow storm so they had a great time.
We also spent a lot of time with Josh's family this last week. We brought Lexi and Madi to the aquarium one day. We also had dinner and played Wii three nights. Josh was shocked we had 14 people in our living room when we had dinner at our house. It was a very busy week but we all had a lot of fun. We even got Uncle Andrew's first ever picture where Madi isn't screaming. It was a monumental occasion.

On Katie and Andrew's last day Josh drove the four of us around and did a little shopping. He had left his sunglasses on the nightstand and had declined my offer to lend him mine. At the end of the day he donned his 3D glasses. I was drinking a fresh squeezed lemonade and was caught so offf guard that I had it come up my nose trying not to spit it all over the car when I turned to see this. He keeps me laughing. Then today, in our latest edition of Overprotectively Cautious Daddy Rieske, he informed me I need to be eating healthy for his baby. Right after I finished eating chicken, asparagus, and broccoli for lunch and taking my prenatal and fish oil..... Might I also add this is the guy who's fought me the last three years for replacing his white bread with multigrain wheat, his 2% with 1%, koolaid with Simply Orange and Grapefruit, is appauled that his dinner has not one but two vegetables that I wish he wouldn't salt and sauce to death, and is like a 3 year old taking cough syrup when I give him any vitamins or supplements to take. I'll be sure to eat healthy big guy. Never a dull moment with this one.
